Born on real sites in Sydney, CheckIt Up helps teams know exactly what to do next across complex, multi-trade projects. This project was born while I was working at AJK, a fitter company in Sydney. As both a worker and a mobile app developer, I saw the same issue every day: teams were doing the work, but knowledge of site progress was scattered across phone notes and memory.
Solution
On projects with 200+ rooms and multiple trades, we kept losing time rechecking spaces just to understand what was done, what was missing, and what should happen next. CheckIt Up solves that with one simple goal: remove confusion on site. No heavy setup, no task jungle, no complex process to learn. Supervisors can assign work in seconds, and every team member can instantly see what their next task is, where it is, what is already complete, and what is left. It is designed for real projects where plans change, surprises happen, and execution needs to stay clear.
